To deliver seamless car rental bookings, we collect: (a) contact details (name, email, mobile phone number); (b) identification documents (Indian driving licence number, Aadhaar / Passport for identity verification); (c) payment details processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay); and (d) vehicle telematics and GPS location data solely during the rental period for safety, recovery, and roadside assistance.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is used to process reservations, generate GST tax invoices, perform statutory driving licence checks, prevent vehicular theft, and manage the Privilege Club loyalty program. We never sell or lease your personal data to third-party telemarketers.
3. Data Retention & Document Safety
Images of driving licences and IDs uploaded during Online Check-in are stored in encrypted cloud vaults with AES-256 encryption and restricted access controls. Records are maintained in accordance with Indian statutory accounting and transport regulations.
4. Your Rights
