Yes! We offer convenient one-way rentals between our major hubs (e.g. pick up in Patna Airport and drop off at Patna Junction, or intercity between Patna and Ranchi). Select "Return to a different location" during booking.

You must present: 1) A valid original Indian Driving Licence held for at least 1 year (or International Driving Permit + Country Licence for foreign nationals); 2) Government Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID); 3) A credit/debit card in the main driver’s name for the refundable security deposit hold.

The minimum age to rent most passenger cars is 21 years with at least 1 year of driving experience. For luxury vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Fortuner) and commercial 17-seater vans, the minimum age is 25 years.

A refundable security deposit (typically ₹4,000 to ₹10,000 depending on vehicle category) is held as a pre-authorization on your card or UPI at pick-up. It is never debited if the car is returned undamaged with the same fuel level, and is automatically released within 24 to 72 bank working hours.

We accept all major Indian payment methods through Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking across 50+ Indian banks, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), and Debit Cards. You can also select "Pay at pickup".

We operate a transparent "Same-to-Same" fuel policy. You will receive the car with a recorded fuel gauge level (usually Full), and you simply return it with the same level. No marked-up refueling penalties apply.

Most of our city cars, sedans, and SUVs come with 100% Unlimited Kilometres! Certain commercial cargo vans and Tempo Travellers have a generous daily allowance of 250–300 km/day, with nominal per-km rates thereafter.

All Patna Car Booking fleet cars are equipped with commercial FASTag cards. Toll charges incurred during your trip are deducted transparently at exact NHAI gateway rates. For interstate travel across state borders, our commercial tourist permits cover all standard road permits.

Yes! Every Patna Car Booking vehicle can be booked with our police-verified, uniformed chauffeur service. Chauffeur duty covers 8 hours / 80 km or outstation 250 km packages with courteous, punctual service.
